How long does shipping take?
Australia: 5-10 business days
US, UK, Canada: 7-14 business days
Rest of World: 10-21 business days
All orders include tracked shipping. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over $79 AUD worldwide. Orders under $79 AUD have a flat rate of $9.95 AUD.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all devices. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 90 days for a full refund — no questions asked, no restocking fees.
How do I request a refund?
Email us at hello@shoporra.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Do I need to return the product?
For orders within 30 days, we may request the product to be returned. For returns after 30 days (up to 90 days), returns are processed on a case-by-case basis. We cover return shipping for defective items.

Are your devices safe to use at home?
Yes! All Shoporra devices are designed for safe home use. They use the same technology found in professional clinics but at lower intensity levels suitable for at-home application. Each device comes with a detailed instruction guide.
How quickly will I see results?
Results vary by device and individual, but most customers report visible improvements within 2-4 weeks of consistent daily use (5-10 minutes per session).
Can I use multiple devices together?
Yes! Many of our customers use multiple devices as part of their routine. For example, combining a microcurrent device with an LED mask can enhance overall results. Just allow a few minutes between devices.
What voltage do the devices use?
All Shoporra devices feature 100-240V universal voltage, making them compatible with power outlets worldwide. International adapters may be needed for different plug types.
