At Hush Nights, we stand behind the design and craftsmanship of our open-cuff silver acupressure ring. This policy explains your rights and our commitments clearly, including your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

All prices displayed on this store are GST-inclusive (10% GST applies). The Hush Nights ring is priced at $34 AUD, inclusive of GST.


Our 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 60-night money-back guarantee — not as a clinical trial, but as a reflection of our confidence in the design of this ring as a non-invasive addition to a bedtime wellness routine. We believe that incorporating a new wellness habit into your nightly routine takes time, and we want you to feel genuinely comfortable giving it a fair go.

If, within 60 nights of receiving your order, you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund of the purchase price, subject to the conditions below.

What Qualifies for a Refund Under the 60-Night Guarantee

  • Your request is made within 60 nights (calendar days) of the date your order was delivered.
  • The ring has been genuinely used as part of your wellness routine during that period.
  • The ring is returned to us (see return shipping conditions below).
  • You provide your order number when contacting us.

What Does Not Qualify

  • Requests made after 60 calendar days from the date of delivery (unless your claim relates to a statutory right under the ACL — see below).
  • Rings that have been intentionally damaged, lost, or disposed of before return (except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect — see Defective Items below).
  • Change-of-mind returns where the ring has not been used and remains in original, sealed condition — these may qualify for a standard change-of-mind return instead (see below).

Change-of-Mind Returns (Unopened)

If you change your mind before using the ring and it remains in its original, sealed packaging, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The ring must be unused and in resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense for change-of-mind returns.


Your Statutory Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our 60-night guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy — including a refund, repair, or replacement — if a product:

  • Is not of acceptable quality (including safe, durable, and free from defects);
  • Does not match its description as provided at the time of sale;
  • Is not fit for any purpose we have represented it to be fit for.

These rights exist independently of our voluntary 60-night guarantee and are not subject to the same time or condition restrictions. If you believe your consumer guarantee rights have been breached, please contact us at infoshoporra@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the matter promptly and in accordance with our obligations under the ACL.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your ring arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will assess your claim and, where the fault is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit, we will offer you a full refund or replacement at our discretion — and we will cover return shipping costs in these circumstances.

To assist us in assessing your claim, please include:

  • Your order number;
  • A clear photograph of the defect or damage;
  • A brief description of the issue.

Hygiene & Safety Notice

As this ring is a personal wellness item worn on the body, we are unable to accept returns of used rings for resale unless the return is being made under the 60-night guarantee or a statutory ACL claim. This is for hygiene and safety reasons consistent with standard retail practice for personal-use jewellery and wellness accessories. This condition does not affect your ACL statutory rights.


How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or return under any of the above policies, please follow these steps:

  • Step 2: Include your full name, order number, delivery address, and the reason for your return request.
  • Step 3: Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions for returning the item (if applicable) and confirmation of next steps.
  • Step 4: Once your return is received and assessed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • 60-night guarantee returns: Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the return relates to a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
  • Defective or damaged items: We will cover return shipping where the fault is confirmed.
  • Change-of-mind (unopened): Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

We recommend using a trackable postage method for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.


Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the applicable conditions, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account — this is outside our control.
