Shipping & delivery

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum spend, no code to enter. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide from our supply partners, with Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada as our main markets. Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it.

How long it takes

  • Dispatch: orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched the next business day.
  • Australia: typically 7–12 business days from dispatch. Some items ship faster — the confirmation email for your order carries the estimate for what you actually bought.
  • United States, United Kingdom, Canada and elsewhere: delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. We'll give you a current estimate for your address any time you ask.

These are estimates based on our carriers' typical performance, not guarantees. Customs inspections, weather and peak periods can add time, and none of those are within our control.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take a couple of days to start showing scans — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

If it hasn't arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email info@shoporra.co with your order number. We'll chase the carrier, and if it can't be located we'll resend it or refund you in full — your choice.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email info@shoporra.co immediately — if we catch it before dispatch we can correct it at no cost.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Australia may occasionally attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not charged by us and are not included in the price shown. Most orders at our price point fall below the threshold where they apply.
