1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or placing an order through the Hush Nights store (available at shoporra.co), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Australian laws, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our store. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. About Our Product

Hush Nights sells a single open-cuff silver acupressure ring, worn on the small (pinky) finger as a non-invasive addition to a bedtime wellness routine. The ring is designed to support a more restful night as part of a general wellness routine, drawing on an acupressure point rooted in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) — a practice used for over 2,000 years for general wellbeing.

  • This product is not a medical device. It is not TGA-listed and is not a treatment for sleep apnoea or any medical condition.
  • No clinical claims are made about this product. Acupressure is a traditional wellness practice; its suitability and effectiveness vary from person to person.

We make every reasonable effort to display product images, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings. Product details are subject to change without notice; we will always reflect current information on the product page at the time of your order.

3. Pricing and GST

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%. Byron Daniele (ABN: 36 170 886 621) is registered for GST. A GST-inclusive tax invoice will be issued with your order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. In the unlikely event that an item is mispriced, we will contact you before processing your order and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product under these terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is confirmed when you receive an email order confirmation from us.

Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify's payment infrastructure. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorise the charge to your nominated payment method for the full order amount.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that cannot be verified. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method.

5. Shipping and Dispatch

  • Free standard shipping is included on all orders to Australian addresses. No minimum spend applies.
  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays).
  • Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by our carrier and are not guaranteed. Hush Nights is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • At this time, we ship to Australian addresses only. International shipping is not available.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Our 60-Night Sleep Trial

60-Night Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 60-night sleep trial. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 60 nights (60 calendar days) of receiving your order, you may request a full refund of the purchase price.

To initiate a return under our guarantee:

  • Email us at infoshoporra@gmail.com within 60 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and the reason for your return request.
  • We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return postage costs under our voluntary guarantee are the customer's responsibility, except where the return is due to a defective product or our error, in which case we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Your Statutory Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our 60-night money-back guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These statutory guarantees cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit or exclude any right or remedy you have under the ACL.

7. Warranties and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hush Nights' liability for any breach of a condition or warranty implied by law is limited to one or more of the following at our election: replacement of the goods, supply of equivalent goods, repair of the goods, payment of the cost of replacing or acquiring equivalent goods, or payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.

We do not exclude or limit any guarantee, warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the ACL or any other applicable Australian law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Byron Daniele (trading as Hush Nights) or is used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Your personal, non-commercial use of this website is permitted provided you do not remove any proprietary notices.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or a purchase made through it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We encourage you to contact us in the first instance to resolve any concern informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly by emailing infoshoporra@gmail.com. If we are unable to resolve a dispute, you may also contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or NSW Fair Trading for assistance.
