Thank you for shopping with Hush Nights. We want your order to arrive quickly and without fuss, so please read the details below before placing your order.

Free Standard Shipping — Australia Wide

Every order placed through Hush Nights includes free standard shipping anywhere in Australia — no minimum spend, no codes needed, no surprises at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay (all prices are GST-inclusive, with 10% GST already included).

Order Processing & Dispatch

We know you're eager to get started on your bedtime wellness routine. That's why we aim to dispatch every order within one business day (24 business hours) of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm AEST, or on weekends and Australian public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location within Australia. The estimates below are provided by Australia Post for standard shipping and are a guide only — actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or peak postal periods outside our control.

Metropolitan Areas

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, Darwin
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Regional Areas

  • Regional cities and towns serviced by standard Australia Post routes
  • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Remote & Very Remote Areas

  • Remote communities, outback locations, and areas with limited postal access
  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days after dispatch

Order Tracking

Every Hush Nights order is sent with tracking included. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can use this number at auspost.com.au to follow your parcel's journey in real time.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your dispatch email for tracking information to appear in the Australia Post system.

International Shipping

At this time, Hush Nights ships to Australian addresses only. International shipping is not available at launch. If you would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please contact us at the address below.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Hush Nights dispatches orders based on the address provided at checkout and cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted.

  • If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at infoshoporra@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional postage costs may apply in this situation.
  • Hush Nights is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking information shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, or if your parcel appears stuck in transit beyond the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps:

  • Check with neighbours, building managers, or anyone else at the delivery address.
  • Check for an Australia Post card or safe-drop notification.
  • Contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number to lodge an enquiry.
  • If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at infoshoporra@gmail.com and we will work with you to investigate and find a resolution.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply to all orders placed with Hush Nights, and we are committed to meeting those obligations in full.
