🌍 Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.

📦 Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our warehouse located in Hong Kong.

🔁 Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After 12 hours, your order will have entered processing and cannot be changed or cancelled. However, you may still return it for a full refund once it arrives.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
All transactions are processed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

⏱️ When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, and items are shipped the next business day after processing.
Please note: We do not ship on weekends.

🚚 How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please allow 2–4 weeks for international delivery due to high demand and customs clearance times.

📭 What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days from the shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund.

💼 Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

All prices on our site are tax-free and listed in AUD.
You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other fees depending on your country’s import laws.
These are not included in your purchase and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Shoporra is not responsible for delays or charges caused by local customs offices.
